The human body responds to sounds on a daily basis. A fetus growing in utero is aware of sounds and responds to these sounds while in the womb. Some sounds are pleasing whereas others are detrimental to our well-being. The sounds I offer are healing and allow you to remember the sacredness of who you are.

Sound has been scientifically proven to create healing on all levels: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Indigenous tribes and shamans have been using sounds for the purpose of healing for centuries. We also know that sound travels distances very much like a radio or television wave. So the notion of sound heard nearby affecting our body is a real.

In my practice, Sound is used for healing individuals in a variety of ways. These include private in-person or phone sessions, attending Sound Healing Concerts or presentations and through CD's I record. Each CD is made with the intention to heal individuals who listen to it ... healing whatever the listener is ready to relinquish and let go of to make room for the ‘new you' as the sounds are integrated in the body, your vehicle for transformation.

During a session or Activation, the sounds made are divinely guided and specific for each individual. The body responds in many ways including release of emotional trauma, deeper sense of awareness coming from within and a sense of great relaxation (the state the body needs to be in to turn on the healing aspect of ourselves). During a Concert, I offer sounds to the entire group then walk to each individual to offer an Activation. The Activation includes sounds and typically touch of the body to assist in the divine flow through blocks in the body and the auric field.

An Activation can be seen as an awakening of a dormant aspect of ourselves. Activations offered include the Solar Activation, the Lunar Activation, the Goddess Activation and the Activation of Abundance. These Activations can be accessed through personal sessions, concert attendance and the first three through a CD I recorded. 'The Solar, Lunar and Goddess Activations' CD can be listened to privately or with a group. It was recorded for those who wish to experience the Activations in the privacy of their home or with a group of their own such as a healing school or a meditation group.

"How did you get started with Sound Healing?" is a question frequently asked. My response is "Kicking and screaming!!!" All joking aside, I was guided to use my voice for healing through a series of synchronicities which I paid attention to. For several years, I had been offering energy healing. At the turn of the new millenium, I had this intense draw to go to Egypt and followed the urging. During the trip, I was connected with the divine energies from Goddess Hathor and Goddess Isis. Goddess Hathor is the goddess of joy, passion, sound, music, family, fertility, sexuality, femininity, the arts and the sky. Whereas Goddess Isis is the goddess of magic, harvest, dreams, divination, love, spirituality and destiny. Following the trip to Egypt, I was ‘officially' trained by extremely gifted sound healers including Paul Hubbert and Tom Kenyon.
